Unfinished Home - Introduction
This project is presented through installations, illustrations, and videos, aiming to narrate the conflict between the phenomenon of unfinished buildings and the issues of national economic development and people's livelihoods it reflects.
By experiencing and staying on-site, I collect materials to create installations that showcase the entire process from land to interior of residential buildings. It implies the psychological shift of homebuyers from hope to despair.I create illustrations by scanning, deconstructing, and reorganizing using the installation, reflecting the complexity of this phenomenon.
Through these elements, I want to connect the audience with the experiences of the victims inside the unfinished buildings, sparking discussions about the relationships between economy, family, and community.
