Bian Zhilin (Chinese: 卞之琳; pinyin: Biàn Zhīlín; Wade–Giles: Pien Chih-lin, 1910–2000) was a 20th-century Chinese poet, translator and literature researcher.

The story is about two children from different regions in a place where the land is by day and the tide turns into the sea at night.These two children admire each other's environment.
They meet by chance and enjoy a magical night together.
The view of the red child in the houseboat tells of the night on the sea.
They get up at night and start the day.
Slowly converging into an island, a lively marketplace begins.
The necklace fell into the water when she looked underwater. The blue girl, who has a passion for astronomy, is reading a book about stars.
Suddenly, she notices a necklace that resembles a shooting star.
The red girl also follows the necklace into the sea, and that's where the two of them meet.
The red child takes the blue chirld to the marketplace on the floating house island,and had a delightful night.
The blue child returns the necklace to the red child,and go back to home at the seabed.
